Completed client project

A website built as a marketing system, not a digital brochure.

IBIS Group USA needed to introduce a relatively unfamiliar building-automation platform into the U.S. market while speaking credibly to developers, building owners, engineers, contractors, integrators, and other industry stakeholders.

Orchard 9 designed the site around that business problem. We created a structured marketing platform that connects product positioning, technical education, industry-specific content, thought leadership, events, partner recruitment, and project inquiries.

The result is a site that can evolve continuously as the U.S. business develops.

Project brief

Turn a complex technology offering into a clear U.S. market story.

Bisly combines building-management software, controllers, room automation, HVAC, lighting, access, energy monitoring, digital-twin capabilities, and operational tools.

IBIS provides the U.S. commercial, design, implementation, logistics, training, warranty, partner, and lifecycle-support layer around the technology.

The information architecture needed to explain both the technology and the delivery model without overwhelming visitors, while supporting multiple customer journeys.

Custom website design

Authored visual direction balances the technical character of Bisly with the clarity developers, owners, engineers, and commercial decision-makers need. Deliberate information hierarchy, responsive layouts, and reusable components make complex product storytelling easier to navigate.

Custom content architecture

Product information, market applications, services, projects, events, educational content, and calls to action follow a deliberate hierarchy. We designed the content system as well as the page layouts, so new material can be added without gradually making the site inconsistent.

Search and thought-leadership platform

Insights creates an expanding knowledge base around building automation, energy management, building-performance regulation, multifamily construction, and contractor workflows. Search intent shapes the content architecture, producing useful material for LinkedIn, direct outreach, email campaigns, and customer conversations.

Lead-generation architecture

Owners, developers, engineers, contractors, integrators, and prospective partners need different conversion paths. Contextual calls to action connect product education to project inquiries, partner opportunities, event and roadshow campaigns, and newsletter audiences. The site becomes part of the company’s sales and market-development infrastructure.

Information architecture

One platform. Multiple customer journeys.

A major part of the project was determining how a technically complex offering should be organized for different visitors.

Owners & Developers

Business value, scalability, operating efficiency, project delivery, and lifecycle support.

Engineers & Consultants

Architecture, systems, controls, integration, specifications, and technical credibility.

Contractors & Integrators

Installation workflow, implementation, training, partner support, and repeatable deployment.

Building Operators

BMS, energy monitoring, operational digital twin, optimization, and ongoing building performance.

Prospective Partners

Commercial model, enablement, training, logistics, and U.S. support.

Content system

Content designed to create demand.

The IBIS site was built so publishing is part of the commercial strategy.

Insights can address questions potential customers are already researching, support outbound sales conversations, provide material for social campaigns, and create landing destinations for targeted outreach. This establishes credibility around a technology category that often requires significant education before a buyer is ready to engage.

Built for campaigns, not just evergreen pages.

Dedicated event pages use the same visual and content system as destinations for direct outreach, social campaigns, and appointment generation. The IBIS Events page illustrates how the architecture supports active sales initiatives and time-sensitive campaigns without relying on disconnected third-party landing pages.
